About This Course

Agentic AI, Cryptocurrency & Blockchain for Business is a customized 8-hour programme designed to give participants a practical understanding of two rapidly developing areas of technology and their relevance to modern business.

The first part of the programme focuses on Agentic AI. Participants will examine how AI is evolving beyond conversational assistants toward systems capable of working through multi-step tasks, accessing knowledge, using tools, making decisions within defined boundaries, and supporting business processes.

Through practical business examples, participants will explore applications of Agentic AI in areas such as marketing, human resources, finance, customer service, research, and business productivity. The programme also introduces the key components of an agentic workflow, including Large Language Models (LLMs), organizational knowledge, tools and APIs, actions, human approval, and escalation.

The second part of the programme focuses on Cryptocurrency and Blockchain. Participants will develop a practical understanding of blockchain, Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins such as USDT and USDC, cryptocurrency wallets, blockchain transactions, and centralised and decentralised exchanges.

The programme also examines the potential use of stablecoins in business transactions and introduces participants to the basic structure of cryptocurrency markets, including price, trading volume, volatility, bid and ask prices, order books, market trends, and basic market charts.

The emphasis throughout the programme is on practical understanding, real-world examples, live demonstrations, interactive discussion, and applied exercises.
